New Hampshire Gov. Maggie Hassan was in attendance July 2 [2016] when members of VVA’s Central New Hampshire Chapter 41 held their twelfth annual rededication of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial at the New Hampshire State Cemetery in Boscawen. Let to right in the photo in front of the memorial are Russ Lauriat, Chapter President Ray Goulet (who designed the memorial with Ann Goulet), Vice President Bob Williams, Gov.
