“Membership in Vietnam Veterans of America (VVA) is open to U.S. military Veterans who served on active duty (for other than training purposes) in Vietnam, between February 28, 1961 and May 7, 1975, or in any duty location between August 5, 1964 and May 7, 1975.”

VVA also publishes a bi-monthly national magazine, The VVA Veteran, for its members and those of the AVVA. Some of our more recent activities, which have appeared in The VVA Veteran, can be found on our articles page.

 

Joining Associates of Vietnam Veterans of America

Associates of Vietnam Veterans of America (AVVA), “is made up of members who are Veterans from all eras, military personnel and their families, families and friends of Vietnam Veterans, and community members who want to help support the needs and issues of all Veterans. In short, AVVA is anyone and everyone who wishes to work towards these goals”.

While AVVA doesn’t have a Chapter in New Hampshire, AVVA members usually attend and participate in VVA Chapter meetings and activities, including those of New Hampshire VVA Chapter 41. All AVVA members are welcome.
